General Clinical Evaluation

General clinical psychological evaluations can provide a wealth of relevant information and provides a solid foundation on which to build an effective treatment plan.

The evaluation process includes:

  • Record review and collateral interviews (e.g., any relevant information related to the referral)
  • Standardized psychological tests that address the following:
    • Mental status
    • Cognitive functioning
    • Psychopathology
    • Alcohol and illicit substance use
  • Clinical and diagnostic interview

Additional test measures are included based on the specific referral question.
